To be fair, these hankook optimo tires went on my "winter rat"; the car I only drive in the winter and other bad weather. So for the most part in improved most everything from traction to handling. The noise level was negligible as this is an old car and to hear anything about the wind and rattle noise is tough. With that said, I am going to be looking to replace tires on another vehicle of mine soon and would definitely look into the Hankook line again. I think there is no better value for your dollar.
